Every project begins with a complimentary consultation call to learn about your goals and vision. From there, we provide a tailored proposal. Once contracts are signed and the deposit is received, we schedule a kickoff meeting to take measurements (or arrange a 3D Matterport scan) and begin exploring your design preferences together.

This is where the vision comes to life. Within a few weeks of kickoff, our studio presents layouts, material palettes, and inspiration for your home. You’ll have time to share feedback before we prepare a full presentation with selections and renderings. Up to two rounds of revisions are included to ensure every detail feels right.

With designs approved, we finalize quotes, prepare a detailed build binder, and provide plans, elevations, and finish schedules for contractors. Our team coordinates with trades, manages orders, and oversees the entire process so you can focus on the excitement of seeing your home come together.
