This furnishing project marked a fresh chapter for a pair of newly empty nesters relocating from Texas to a high-rise condo. It was their first time embracing a completely different way of living, and the goal was to create a space that felt calm, grown up, and still deeply personal. We leaned into a soft neutral palette layered with texture, brought in plenty of greenery to warm up the modern setting, and added small hits of color to keep things lively without overwhelming the serenity of the home. The result is a welcoming retreat that feels both grounded and new.
Color and whimsy is what Grace helped bring to our historic 1937 remodel. Mindful of our desire to retain historic character, she helped us with every aspect of the kitchen and bath remodel, plus furnishings and decor. Providing thoughtful options for every request, Grace allowed us to choose design and decor that keeps our house unique.
Working with Grace was a great experience. We really valued her knowledge and creativity, and couldn't be happier with the charming home she helped us create.
